The ULQ2004A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array featuring seven NPN Darlington pairs. Each channel supports an output current of 500 mA (600 mA peak) and operates at a maximum output voltage of 50 V. It includes integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads and is compatible with TTL, CMOS, PMOS, and DTL logic families. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -40 to 105 °C.
