Description
The ULN2803A is a high-voltage, high-current darlington driver IC featuring 8 NPN darlington pairs with open-collector outputs. It supports a sink current of up to 500mA and withstands voltages up to 50V. Designed for direct connection to TTL and CMOS, it includes clamp diodes for inductive load switching.
