The UJA1167A is a mini high-speed CAN System Basis Chip (SBC) featuring an ISO 11898-2:2016 compliant HS-CAN transceiver and a 5 V/100 mA supply for microcontrollers. It supports Standby and Sleep modes with wake-up capabilities, autonomous CAN biasing, and a watchdog timer. The device operates at data rates up to 5 Mbit/s in CAN FD fast phase, making it suitable for automotive applications. The UJA1167ATK variant includes a high-voltage output for external voltage regulation.
