Description
The UD1006FR-H is a planar ultrafast rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600V and an average output current (IO) of 10A. It features a low forward voltage (VF) of 1.3V at 10A and a reverse recovery time (trr) of 60ns. This device is housed in a TO-220F-2FS package and is halogen-free compliant.
