The TPD1E05U06 is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for ESD protection in high-speed applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V, a breakdown voltage of 6.5V (min), and can clamp ESD strikes with a maximum leakage current of 10nA. The device supports data rates up to 6 Gbps with an ultra-low capacitance of 0.42pF, making it ideal for HDMI, USB, and DisplayPort interfaces. It operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
