The TFS7705H from Power Integrations is a highly integrated DC-DC controller IC designed for flyback and forward converter applications. It features selectable 66 kHz/132 kHz switching frequencies, integrated high-voltage MOSFETs, and comprehensive protection features including UV, OV, OTP, and OVP. The device supports up to 586 W peak output power and is optimized for high efficiency (>90%) and reduced component count, making it suitable for compact power supply designs.
