The TCMT1103 is a phototransistor optoisolator featuring a 3750 Vrms isolation voltage in a compact 4-SOP package. It offers a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 100% to 200% and low coupling capacitance of 0.3 pF, making it suitable for high safety applications. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and is ideal for interfacing between high and low voltage circuits.
