The TCET4600 is a quad-channel optoisolator featuring a phototransistor output optically coupled to two gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diodes. It offers a high isolation voltage of 5300 Vrms, low coupling capacitance of 0.2 pF, and a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +100 °C. The device is housed in a 16-DIP package and is suitable for applications requiring high common mode rejection and low temperature coefficient of current transfer ratio (CTR).
