The TCET1600G is a phototransistor optoisolator featuring a 5.3 kVrms isolation voltage and a single-channel output in a 4-DIP package. It includes two gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diodes, ensuring low coupling capacitance of 0.2 pF and high common mode rejection. The device supports a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +100 °C and offers a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 20 to 300%. It is suitable for applications requiring reinforced isolation.
