The TC110331ECTTR is a Boost Regulator Positive Output Step-Up DC-DC Controller IC in a 5-Pin SOT-23A package. Features include assured start-up at 0.9V, low supply current of 50µA, and a shutdown mode consuming only 0.5µA.
