The TEKTRONIX TAP1500 is a 1.5 GHz active FET probe designed for high-speed digital system designs. It features a bandwidth of ≥1.5 GHz, rise time of <267 ps, and ≤1 pF input capacitance, ensuring minimal loading effects. With a 1 MΩ input resistance and a dynamic range of -8 V to +8 V, it connects directly to oscilloscopes via the TekVPI™ interface, providing automatic scaling and readout.
