Description
The SN74AHC1G125 is a single bus buffer gate with a non-inverting configuration and 3-state output. It operates within a voltage range of 2V to 5.5V, with a maximum propagation delay (tpd) of 6ns at 5V. The device features low power consumption of 10µA max ICC and can drive ±8mA output at 5V. The output is disabled when the output-enable (OE) input is high, allowing true data to pass from the A input to the Y output when OE is low.
