The SN65LVDT250DBT is a 4x4 nonblocking crosspoint switch designed for high-speed data routing. It operates at greater than 2.0 Gbps with a typical propagation delay of 800 ps. The device is compatible with LVDS, LVPECL, and CML signal levels, and operates from a single 3.3 V supply. It features integrated 110-Ω line termination resistors, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The device is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
