Description
The SMCJ90CA is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a standoff voltage of 90V (VWM) and a maximum clamping voltage of 146V at 10.3A (Ipp). This surface-mounted device (DO-214AB) offers a power dissipation capability of 1500 watts and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
