Description

The SMCJ60A is a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for overvoltage protection. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 60V, a maximum clamping voltage of 96.8V at 15.5A peak pulse current, and a peak power dissipation of 1500W with a 10/1000μs waveform. The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package, ensuring excellent clamping capability and fast response time.
