The SMCJ22A is a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for overvoltage protection. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 22V, a maximum clamping voltage of 35.5V at 42.25A Ipp, and a peak power dissipation of 1500W with a 10/1000μs waveform. The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package, ensuring excellent clamping capability and fast response time.
