The SMBJ36A is a 36VWM, 58.1VC TVS diode designed for surface-mounted applications. It features excellent clamping capability with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W and a maximum peak pulse current of 10.4A. The device provides ESD protection in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 and is suitable for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients caused by lightning and other events. Its low profile and built-in strain relief optimize board space.
