The SMAJ48CA is a 48VWM, 77.4VC TVS diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W at a 10/1000µs waveform and a peak forward surge current of 60A. With a low clamping voltage of 77.4V and a maximum reverse leakage current of less than 1µA, it provides excellent protection for sensitive electronic equipment against voltage transients. The device operates within a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and is suitable for high-temperature soldering processes.
