The SMAJ14A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for ESD and EFT protection in data lines. It features a stand-off voltage of 14V, a peak pulse power capability of 400W, and a maximum clamping voltage of 23.2V at 17.2A Ipp. The device is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, ensuring fast response time and low incremental surge resistance.
