The SM16LC24/TR13 is a low capacitance unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array designed to protect 3.0/3.3V components from voltage transients. It features 8 lines, a stand-off voltage of 24V, and a capacitance of 25pF. With a peak power of 500W for 8/20μs pulses, it is ideal for applications requiring robust ESD protection.
