Description
The S2M is a general-purpose diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 1000 V and a forward current rating of 2 A. It features a low forward voltage drop of less than 1.15 V and a reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns. Designed for surface mount applications in the DO-214AA (SMB) package, it is suitable for power supplies, mains rectification, and polarity protection.
