The S15MC is a 1000V, 15A surface-mounted diode in a DO-214AB (SMC) package. It features a glass passivated chip junction, low forward voltage drop, and high surge current capability. Ideal for automated placement, it is suitable for applications in switching mode converters and telecommunications. The diode is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and a forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 15A.
