The S10MC is a 10A, 1000V general-purpose diode in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface mount package. It features a glass passivated chip junction, low forward voltage drop, and high surge current capability. Ideal for automated placement, it is suitable for applications in switching mode power supplies, adapters, and lighting. The diode is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
