Description
The RGP02-16E-E3/54 is a glass passivated junction fast switching plastic rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1600 V and a forward current (IF(AV)) of 500 mA. It features low leakage current (IR < 0.2 μA), high forward surge capability (IFSM = 20 A), and a recovery time (trr) of 300 ns. The device is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) package, suitable for high voltage rectification applications.
