The R 48V BATT SWITCH10 is a high-performance battery switch reference design for automotive applications, capable of handling continuous currents up to 300 A. It features a dual-channel high-side MOSFET gate driver (2ED4820-EM), OptiMOS™-5 power transistors (IAUT300N08S5N011, IAUZ40N10S5N130), and a hall-based current sensor (TLE4972-AE35D5) for precise current measurement. The design includes a precharge circuit to manage inrush currents and ensure safe operation.
