Description
Description
The QS3251 is a high-speed CMOS 8:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer with TTL-compatible control inputs and 3-state outputs. It features low ON resistance (RON) of 5Ω, zero propagation delay, and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is pin compatible with 74F251 series and is ideal for applications requiring fast switching without ground bounce.
