The PS2911-1 is a high-performance optoisolator featuring a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor in a compact 4-pin ultra-small flat-lead package. It offers a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 200% typ. at IF = 1 mA and VCE = 5 V, with an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms, making it suitable for high-density mounting applications.
