The PS2811-4-A is a 4-channel optoisolator featuring a GaAs light-emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor in a 16-pin SSOP package. It offers a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 200% typ. at 1 mA input current and an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms, making it suitable for high-density applications. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +100°C and is Pb-free.
