The PS2702-1 is a high isolation voltage optoisolator featuring a Darlington output configuration. It incorporates a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor, providing a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 2000% typ. with an isolation voltage of 3750 Vr.m.s. This device is housed in a compact 4-SOP package, suitable for high-density applications, and offers high-speed switching capabilities with rise and fall times of 70 µs and 60 µs, respectively.
