The PS2565L-1-A is a high-voltage optoisolator featuring a 5000Vrms isolation voltage and a transistor output. It is designed for surface mount applications and offers a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 200% typ. with fast switching times (tr = 3 μs, tf = 5 μs). This device is suitable for AC input response and operates within a temperature range of -55 to +100 °C.
