Description

The PS2565-1 is an optoisolator featuring a transistor output with a high isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms. It includes a GaAs light-emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor, housed in a 4-DIP package. This device supports AC input response, high-speed switching (tr = 3 μs, tf = 5 μs), and a typical current transfer ratio (CTR) of 200%. It is suitable for applications requiring reinforced insulation and is UL, CSA, and BSI approved.
