The PS2506L-1-A is a high-voltage optoisolator featuring a Darlington output configuration. It provides 5000 Vrms isolation and is designed for surface mounting. This device includes two GaAs light-emitting diodes and an NPN silicon Darlington-connected phototransistor, ensuring high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 2000% typ. and fast switching times (tr, tf = 100 µs typ.).
