The PS2506-1-A is a high-voltage optoisolator featuring a Darlington output configuration. It provides 5000 Vrms isolation and is designed for AC input response. The device includes two GaAs light-emitting diodes and an NPN silicon Darlington-connected phototransistor, ensuring high current transfer ratio (CTR = 2000% typ.) and fast switching speeds (tr, tf = 100 µs typ.). It is housed in a 4-DIP package for easy integration.
