The PS2502L-1-F3-A is a high isolation voltage optoisolator featuring a Darlington output with a 5000 Vrms isolation voltage. It includes a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon Darlington connected phototransistor. This 4-SMD device offers a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 2000% typ. and fast switching times (tr, tf = 100 µs typ.), making it suitable for various applications in power supply and control systems.
