The P6SMB15A is a 600 W transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode in a low-profile SMB package, designed for effective clamping with a maximum clamping voltage of 14.3V at 28.8A. It features a fast response time of less than 1.0 ps and a reverse leakage current of less than 1 μA above 12V, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronic components.
