The P6SMB12A is a surface-mounted Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode with a breakdown voltage of 10.2V and a maximum clamping voltage of 16.7V. It features a low profile DO-214AA (SMB) package, excellent clamping capability, and a peak pulse power rating of 600W. This device is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage spikes, with a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and a maximum reverse leakage current of less than 1μA above 10V.
