The P6KE30CA is a 30V Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high voltage transient protection. It features a breakdown voltage (VBR) of 28.5V to 31.5V, a maximum clamping voltage (VC) of 41.4V at 14.5A peak pulse current (IPP), and a power dissipation capability of 600W. This unidirectional device is housed in a DO-15 package and is suitable for protecting sensitive circuits from voltage spikes.
