The P6KE220CA is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high voltage protection. It features a stand-off voltage (VWM) of 220V, a breakdown voltage (VBR) range of 198V to 242V, and a peak pulse power dissipation (PPK) of 600W. This unidirectional device has a low dynamic impedance and excellent clamping capability, making it suitable for protecting sensitive circuits from high voltage transients.
