The P6KE18A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high voltage transient protection. It features a stand-off voltage of 15.3V, a breakdown voltage range of 17.1V to 18.9V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 25.2V at 24A peak pulse current.
