The P6KE180CA is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for the protection of sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W at 10/1000μs, a reverse stand-off voltage of 154V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 246V at 2.5A Ipp. The device operates within a temperature range of -55 to 175°C and is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) package.
