The TEKTRONIX P6243 is an active oscilloscope probe designed for high-speed digital systems, featuring a bandwidth of 1 GHz, ≤1 pF input capacitance, and 1 MΩ input resistance. It allows direct access to SMDs with a pitch as small as 0.5 mm, making it ideal for measuring CMOS, BiCMOS, ECL, GaAs, and TTL logic without additional power supplies.
