The P4SMA56CA is a 77V clamp, 5.3A Ipp TVS diode designed for surface mount applications in the DO-214AC (SMA) package. It features a peak pulse power capability of 400W at a 10/1000µs waveform, excellent clamping capability, and low incremental surge resistance. The device operates within a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and has a typical reverse leakage current of less than 1μA when VBR min > 12V.
