The P4SMA18CA is a 15.3V reverse standoff voltage TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a peak pulse power capability of 400W at a 10/1000µs waveform, with a maximum clamping voltage of 25.5V and a peak pulse current of 16.1A. This surface-mounted device (DO-214AC) offers excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients.
