The P4KE15A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for the protection of sensitive electronic equipment against electrical transients such as EFTs, ESD, and induced lightning. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W at a 10/1000μs waveform, a breakdown voltage of 12.8V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 21.2V. The device operates within a temperature range of -55 to 175°C and is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) package.
