The P4KE13A-E3/54 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode with a stand-off voltage (VWM) of 11.1V and a maximum clamping voltage (VC) of 18.2V. It features a peak pulse power capability of 400W and a peak pulse current (IPPM) of 22A.
