The OA4ZHA33Q is a high precision zero-drift operational amplifier featuring four circuits in a 16-QFN (3x3) package. It offers a maximum input offset voltage of 5 µV at 25 °C and 8 µV over the full temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. With rail-to-rail input and output, it operates at a low supply voltage of 1.8 to 5.5 V and consumes a maximum of 40 µA at 5 V. The amplifier has a gain bandwidth product of 400 kHz, making it suitable for low-power applications requiring high accuracy.
