The NTB0104 is a bidirectional voltage level translator featuring dual supply translating transceiver capabilities. It supports 4-bit data translation with auto direction sensing and operates at data rates up to 100 Mbps. The device has two supply pins, VCC(A) (1.2 V to 3.6 V) and VCC(B) (1.65 V to 5.5 V), allowing it to interface between various voltage levels. It includes IOFF circuitry for partial power-down applications and is specified for operation from -40 °C to +125 °C.
