Description
The NTB0102 is a dual supply translating transceiver designed for bidirectional voltage level translation. It features two 2-bit input-output ports, auto direction sensing, and operates at data rates up to 100 Mbps. The device supports supply voltages from 1.2 V to 3.6 V for VCC(A) and 1.65 V to 5.5 V for VCC(B), making it suitable for interfacing between devices with different voltage levels. It includes IOFF circuitry for partial power-down mode and is specified for operation from -40 °C to +125 °C.
