The NTB0101 is a bidirectional voltage level translator IC designed for dual supply applications. It features one circuit with one channel capable of data rates up to 100 Mbps. The device operates with supply voltages VCC(A) from 1.2 V to 3.6 V and VCC(B) from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for interfacing between various low voltage nodes. It includes auto direction sensing and an output enable function for high-impedance states.
