The NS8KT-E3/45 is a glass passivated general-purpose plastic rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800 V and an average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 8 A. It features low forward voltage drop (VF) of 1.1 V and high forward surge capability (IFSM) of 125 A. The device is housed in a TO-220AC package, suitable for various power applications.
